ENSURING CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
Return any standard lantern within 30 days of receipt for a 100% refund, custom lanterns may incur a restocking charge of up to 20%. We will repair or replace any lantern defective due to workmanship or materials at your request any time with no time limit.
SHIPPING TIME Lanterns are handmade to your order. Normal shipping time is 2 - 4 weeks. We will contact you if your order is not available in that time.
